Description
TIF funds will be allocated toward reimbursement for the 23rd Street/US Highway 30 public street improvements and related costs, as well as towards public improvements allowable under the Community Redevelopment Law, such as façade enhancements, streetscape, and other TIF eligible costs associated with the necessary street improvements in the redevelopment area in the creation of a neighborhood redevelopment grant to enhance and beautify the redevelopment area.
